Effective July 1, 2016, the Court will no longer accept reservations for hearing dates on its calendar for motions for summary judgment and summary adjudication. All existing reservations on the Court’s calendar on or after July 1, 2016, will be removed. Parties may secure hearing dates only upon the filing of their moving papers with the Court.
