Effective September 6, 2016 – All documents received by the court for filing between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, regardless of the method of delivery (including fax filing in Civil, Probate and Family Law), will be deemed filed that same court day, subject to the document’s compliance with applicable standards.
All documents received by the court for filing after 4:00 pm, regardless of the method of delivery (including fax filing in Civil, Probate and Family Law), will be deemed filed the next court day, subject to the document’s compliance with applicable standards.
