Chapter 7 Trustee Guidelines — The standing panel of Chapter 7 Trustees have updated the guidelines for the administration of Chapter 7 cases as of April 20, 2018. The revised guidelines are posted here and on the court’s Law Library page.
Chapter 13 Administration Guidelines — The Chapter 13 Trustees have updated the guidelines for the administration of Chapter 13 cases as of May 15, 2018. The revised guidelines are posted here and on the court’s Law Library page.
A Message from Chapter 13 Trustee David Skelton — The National Data Center (NDC) will have representatives at the 341(a) hearings at 880 Front St. between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm on June 15, 2018. NDC will be collecting e-mail addresses from the debtors for additional notices to the debtors during their case. NDC also will work with attorneys to establish logins and passwords and to demonstrate how to best utilize their Web site. Any attorney is welcome to come for Web site training and are encouraged to make software update suggestions, which will make their site more productive.
