As authorized by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3015.1 (eff. 12/1/17), effective December 1, 2017, it is hereby ORDERED that the attached Chapter 13 Plan is adopted as Official Local Form EDC 3-080. ON and after December 1,2 017 and whenever a chapter 13 plan is filed in a case, Official Local Form EDC 3-080 shall be used.
