Effective December 1, 2017, local and national rule and form amendments will bring significant changes to local chapter 13 practice, particularly due to the adoption of a new local chapter 13 plan. The chapter 13 trustees and the court will jointly hold brown bag lunch programs to discuss these changes. Practitioners are encouraged to attend one of the meetings listed below.
October 26, 2017 at 12:00 noon in the San Fernando Valley Division, 3rd floor library with Judge Jury, Judge Kaufman and Trustee Rojas.
November 6, 2017 at 12:00 noon in the Los Angeles Division, 2nd floor training room with Judge Jury, Judge Bason, Trustee Dockery, Erik Clark, and Aki Koyama
November 16, 2017 at 12:00 noon in the Santa Ana Division’s Pro Bono Room (2nd floor) with Judge Jury, Judge Bauer, and Trustee Cohen.
A program at the Riverside Division will be announced at a later date.
