The United States District Court for the Central District of California announces that it has amended the Court’s policy regarding COVID-19 vaccination and testing. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) recommends that, in addition to completing a primary COVID-19 vaccination series, individuals should receive a COVID-19 vaccine booster dose when eligible to be optimally protected against COVID-19 and be considered up to date with their COVID-19 vaccines.
