Effective July 1, 2015, it will be mandatory for you to submit all claims electronically using the CJA e Voucher System. Due to the court’s conversion to a new voucher processing system, the court will no longer be able to process any vouchers submitted in a paper format. All paper claims will be returned to the attorney or expert without processing.
The circuit’s automated voucher system has recently been upgraded to combine two formerly separate billing and payment systems into one program. This integration will facilitate speedier and more accurate payment of claims.
