Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1861 through 1869, as amended, the following JurySelection Plan (“Plan”) is hereby adopted by this Court. The Plan was approved by the Judicial Council of the Ninth Circuit on June 21, 2021. See General Order #147-L filed on April 6, 2023.
