On December 23, 2022, Governor Gavin Newsom announced the appointments of Rasheed Alexander, Jeffrey Erickson, Marie Moreno Myers, and Stephanie Tanada to judgeships in the San Bernardino Superior Court (SBSC). These appointments serve to fill critical judicial vacancies within the SBSC, which currently has one of the highest vacancy rates in the State, with 13 judicial vacancies.
