Pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 3.720, all General Civil cases, filed in the Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino, before January 1, 2016, are exempted from compliance with the case management rules of Title 3, Division 1, Chapter 3 of California Rules of Court, effective May 6, 2013. General Civil cases include all cases defined as such under California Rules of Court, rule 1.6(4). The Court finds it necessary to suspend the case management rules due to severe ongoing budget reductions.
