Summer Health

In summer’s warm and golden glow,
Where vibrant blooms and breezes flow,
We bask beneath the azure sky,
And let our spirits soar and fly.

Embrace the sun with care and grace,
Apply the sunscreen, find your space,
Hydrate often, drink it slow,
Let water’s coolness ebb and flow.

Eat the fruits of summer’s cheer,
Berries, melons, ripe and near,
Fresh and crisp, a healthy treat,
Nourishing in summer’s heat.

Move and stretch, the body’s call,
Swim in rivers, play in halls,
Morning jogs and evening strolls,
Keep the mind and spirit whole.

Find the shade when midday peaks,
Listen to what your body seeks,
Rest in hammocks, soft and slow,
Let gentle breezes come and go.

In summer’s dance of light and hue,
Health and joy blend, pure and true,
Cherish these days, so bright and long,
With wellness as our summer song.
