Effective April 3, 2017, the overflow 5 th Civil Law and Motion calendar and all other Probate matters will be heard by Judge Bradford DeMeo in Department 12. Civil Ex Partes related to this calendar will be heard by Judge DeMeo on Monday through Wednesday and Fridays (excluding Thursdays and Holidays). Documents to be reviewed will need to be dropped off at the Civil Clerk’s office by 8:30 a.m. and documents to be picked up by 2:00 p.m. from the Judicial Assistant. All matters assigned to Judge Arthur Wick will be heard in Department 13.
Effective May 1, 2017, all Superior Court of California, County of Sonoma will no longer provide court reporters for civil matters, excluding trials.
Effective May 1, 2017, Civil trial documents will be filed in the clerk’s office and courtesy copies to be delivered to the assigned Judicial Assistant.
