The Santa Barbara County Superior Court has placed the Santa Barbara County Chief Probation Officer on administrative leave effective January 30, 2017. Retired Chief Probation Officer, Beverly Taylor, was sworn in as the acting Chief Probation Officer by Juvenile Presiding Judge Art Garcia at 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 30, 2017.
