Beginning October 7, 2024, the San Mateo County Superior Court will begin electronically serving (eService) documents to attorneys in Civil, Family, and Probate cases. Attorneys will automatically receive eService for court-isued documents that are required to be transmitted, delivered, or served pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure § 1010.6. Documents subject tp eService include Notice of Hearing, Notice of Assignment, Notice of Order and Notice of Judgment. Details on the new eService process can be found in the Court’s news release.
