The San Bernardino County Recorder’s Office has changed the way they are returning documents. Prior to September 24, 2013, when provided with an extra copy, the clerks would provide messengers with a conformed copy immediately.
Now, the San Bernardino County Recorder’s Office will now be mailing back recorded documents within 7-9 days from the date of recording, and should also be providing the messengers with conformed copies same day, if requested.
It is good practice to ensure that a SASE is provided with any documents for the San Bernardino County Recorder’s Office.
