Effective September 19, 2016, the Civil Law and Motion Departments (Dept. 53 and Dept. 54) and the Civil Settlement Conference Department (Dept. 59) will be relocated to:
Hall of Justice Building, 813 6th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814
All law and motion matters (Dept. 53 and Dept. 54 only) and all settlement conferences scheduled on or after September 19th will be heard at the location listed above. For the Civil Settlement Conference Department (Dept. 59) located on the 1st Floor, the conferences will be set Monday through Thursday at the new time of 9:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
