Effective August 1, 2024 the Sacramento Superior Court expanded its Mandatory Civil Settlement Conference and Long Cause Civil Trial Assignment calendars. Details are available in the Court’s public notice found here.
The Court recently implemented a pre-assignment process for civil long cause trials expected to last longer than seven court days. Counsel seeking pre-assignment should submit a Stipulation and Proposed Order pursuant to California Rule of Court 3.734. Details about this process are found in the Court’s Public Notice.
