Effective Tuesday, January 5, 2016, the service hours for the Civil Name and/or Gen der Change Service Window located in the Gordon D. Schaber Courthouse at 720 9th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814 service hours will change as follows:
CIVIL NAME AND/OR GENDER CHANGE SERVICE HOURS: Tuesday through Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
During the hours listed above, a Petition for Change of Name and/or Gender may be submitted at the designated Civil customer service window.
Petitions may also be mailed or submitted Monday- Friday via drop boxes located in the Civil Lobby at the address listed above.
