Pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure §1010.6 and the California Rules of Court, rule 2.253(b)(2), the Civil Division of the Riverside Superior Court had implemented electronic filing (eFiling) for civil cases back in July of 2021. The implementation schedule shows that eFiling will now be mandatory as of January 1, 2022.
