RIVERSIDE – NOTICE OF DESERT CRIMINAL CALENDAR CHANGES

Effective January 5, 2015, the Indio Branch of the Riverside Superior Court has made the following criminal court assignments and calendar changes:

2H Judge Anthony Villalobos Criminal Trials and Preliminary Hearings
2K Judge Dean Benjamini Misdemeanor pre-trials, domestic violence, motions and diversions
3N Judge Dale Wells Felony VCD- 3T Felony Non-IROC cases assigned
3S Judge Victoria Cameron Felony VCD- 3T Felony Non-IROC cases assigned
3T* Comm. Gregory Olson Misdemeanor Arraignments and Recovery Opportunity Center (IROC) Calendar

*Note: The new Department 3T calendar schedule will be:

  • Misdemeanor arraignments Monday-Friday at 8:30 a.m.
  • In-custody and last day warrants at 1:30 p.m.;
  • IROC drug court evaluations on Fridays at 10:30 a.m.; progress hearings at 1:30 p.m.
  • Felony non-IROC cases will be reassigned to departments 3N and 38 based upon case number.
