Effective July 1, 2015, the Imperial Superior Court will be strictly adhering to the 11:30 AM deadline for filing criminal complaints pursuant to the Superior Court’s Local Rule 4.1.2. Past practice has been to allow fillings up to 12 noon; however, given new changes to procedures and workload processes, we regret that we are not able to continue to accept filings past 11:30 AM.
Judicial Officers, the Court Executive Officer, and Managerial Staff will not accept phone calls after 11:30 AM requesting an exception. The 11:30 AM deadline will be strictly enforced by all Court personnel and .Judicial Officers.
