EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2014 – Due to ongoing budgetary constraints the Plumas Court continues to work at reduced staffing levels. Because of this staffing reduction, all documents submitted to the Court for processing, whether in person, by mail or FAX will be processed in a minimum of two (2) business days (excluding restraining orders). We are working diligently to reduce this processing time whenever possible.
