Effective July 1, 2015, all in-custody misdemeanor and felony complaint arraignments from the Orange County Superior Court’s West Justice Center will be heard in Department CJ1 at the Orange County Central Jail Complex in Santa Ana. This expansion mirrors the model currently in place for cases from the Central Harbor, and North Justice Centers. Department CJ1 is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00p.m. Court proceedings from Department CJ 1 are shown via video monitors in a designated public viewing area at the Orange County Jail.
