Just in case you missed it.
Beginning May 1, 2021, all new immigration petitions for review must be filed in the new Appellate Case Management System (ACMS). As of midnight (PDT), on April 30, 2021, electronic filers will be automatically directed to ACMS to file their petitions. Any paper petitions received on or after May 1, 2021, will be opened in ACMS. If an attorney submits a paper petition on or after May 1, 2021, the Clerk will contact the attorney to provide a copy of this Order and instructions for submitting the petition in ACMS.
