January 15, 2024 – LPI 6-week Health Challenge 2024
Join us for a 6-week health challenge led by a Certified Personal Trainer. This is a health challenge, not a weight loss challenge. This program is focused on creating sustainable health changes within a busy life. This is a points-based system, so all fitness levels are welcome. Every penny collected goes back to the participants. All participants are $30.

January 16, 2024 – Trial Preparation Online Class
Consider the upcoming eight-week Trial Preparation starting on January 16. This course will cover pretrial procedures, expert discovery, trial notebooks, and witness lists and binders. This class can be taken at your own pace online utilizing video lectures, discussion boards, email, live Q&A sessions, and quizzes. $350 for LPI members and $450 for non-LPI members.
January 16, 2024 – Table of Contents and Table of Authorities
If you do not have time for an eight-week course but need to improve your skills in Word consider this one-hour webinar. You will learn to create an automatic table of contents, automatic heading styles, and how to automatically update your table whenever a change is made. The webinar will also cover how to change the formatting of your text in the Table of Contents to suit your pleading or to create a custom Table of Contents. $25 for LPI members and $55 for non-LPI members.
January 18, 2024 – Ex Parte Contacts: Know the Ethics before Calling
Learn the California rules that govern ex parte communications with witnesses, unrepresented parties, the judges or court personnel to ensure to stay within the law. Learn when and what is ok to discuss and who needs to be copied before you make your next phone call or send your next email!

January 20, 2024 – Legal Writing and Analysis
Be prepared! In this four-hour writing and analysis class, we will analyze case scenarios, discuss the IRAC writing method, and finish by writing your very own legal memorandum.

January 23, 2024 – Getting Documents Ready for E-Filing
Do you ever get your documents kicked back when trying to e-file? Sign up for this webinar and learn some tips and tricks on getting your documents accepted the first time.
