The Mariposa Superior Court is pleased to announce that the Self-Help and Family Law Facilitator Center is re-opening with expanded services and hours commencing April 2, 2019.
The Self-Help / Family Law Center was established to increase access to justice and assistance to the public by providing comprehensive services, at no cost, to self-represented litigants in Mariposa County. The center is staffed by a Self-Help / Family Law Facilitator who is an attorney trained to provide procedural assistance to people who are representing themselves in court. However, there is no attorney-client relationship between the Facilitator and self-represented litigants.
