UNIFORM LOCAL RULES OF THE MARIN COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT REVISED EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2014 (California Rule of Court 10.613)

In accordance with the provisions of Rule 10.613 of the California Rules of Court, the Superior Court Judges have revised and updated specific sections of the Uniform Local Rules of the Marin County Superior Court.

With the acceptance of the Judicial Council of California, the following Local Rules of Court and Appendices have been adopted effective July 1, 2014:
– Civil Rules 1.5
– Felony and Misdemeanor Rules 2.2, 2.3, 2.6, 2.10
– Family Law Rules 6.9
– Miscellaneous Rules 7.12
