E-Filing Now Mandatory

Effective April 26, 2024, eFiling is now mandatory for all parties represented by attorneys for the following case types:

  • Civil Limited/Unlimited
  • Small Claims
  • Family Law/Adoption
  • Probate/Mental Health

Self-represented litigants are encouraged, but not required to use eFiling pursuant to California Rules of Court 2.253(b)(2) and Code of Civil Procedure Section1010.6(f)(2).
