General Order PC 1382 Extension & Remote Civil Proceedings
In cases in which the original or previously extended statutory deadline otherwise 17 would expire from January 23, 2022, to February 21, 2022, inclusive, any judge of the court 18 may extend the time period provided in section 1382 of the Penal Code for the holding of a 19 criminal trial by not more than 30 days. (Gov. Code,§ 68115(a)(10)).

General Order Applications for Ex Parte Relief
Effective immediately, this court hereby finds and orders: That the items referenced above in the noted general orders are amended to read as follows: Applications for ex parte relief shall be submitted pursuant to Madera County Superior Court, Local Rules, Division 2, Chapter 4, and notice shall be given pursuant to Sections 2.4.6, as well as Rules 3 .1203 and 3 .1204 of the California Rules of Court.
