Effective February 4, 2019, unlimited civil case files will be maintained electronically and will constitute the official record as follows:
• All documents filed on or after February 4, 2019; and
• All case files with hearings on or after February 4, 2019, regardless of the filing – date.
Members of the public and attorneys will have the ability to view and request copies of electronic documents from any public access terminal located in the Clerk’s Office.
