Just in case you missed it, the Los Angeles Superior Court released an updated list of document names for the purposes of submitting electronic filings to the court. All documents submitted need to be categorized correctly to prevent rejection of the court.
If you do not see the name of the document on the updated list that was released on April 19, 2021, you may want to consider contacting the court directly for direction, or you can call your local eFiling service provider for some assistance. Click here to download the document.
