As part of the ongoing implementation of a new telephone system, six Los Angeles Superior Court courthouses will begin using new telephone numbers in the next few weeks.
The Norwalk Courthouse, located at 12720 Norwalk Blvd, Norwalk 90650, will begin using new telephone numbers on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2015.
The Eastlake Juvenile Courthouse, located at 1601 Eastlake Ave., Los Angeles 90033, will begin using new telephone numbers on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015.
The El Monte Courthouse, located at 11234 E. Valley Blvd., El Monte 91731, will begin using new telephone numbers on Friday, Jan. 9, 2015.
The Beverly Hills Courthouse, located at 9355 Burton Way, Beverly Hills 90210, will begin using new telephone numbers on Jan. 14, 2015.
The Central Arraignment Courthouse, located at 429 Bauchet St., Los Angeles 90012, will begin using new telephone numbers on Jan. 14, 2015.
The Chatsworth Courthouse, located at 9425 Penfield Ave., Chatsworth 91311, will begin using the new telephone numbers on Jan. 16, 2015.
Over the next several months, the Los Angeles Superior Court will continue the installation of a new telephone system and new telephone numbers will be assigned to 35 courthouses. The transition will occur courthouse-by-courthouse during the next 12 months.
Telephone numbers at the Downey Courthouse, East Los Angeles Courthouse, and the Gov. George Deukmejian Courthouse in Long Beach will remain the same as will the ‘800’ number for Juror Services and the automated numbers for general traffic inquiries.
As each courthouse transitions into the new telephone system, its new telephone numbers will be available in the courthouse Clerk’s Office and on the Court’s website at www.lacourt.org. Interested persons may also follow LASC on its Twitter account @lasuperiorcourt for updates.
