Effective October 1, 2018, the Central Family Law Division at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, 111 N. Hill St., Los Angeles 90012, will implement the following change to courtroom operations:
All matters currently assigned to Judge Timothy Dillon and calendared in Department 88, will be reassigned to Judge Gary D. Roberts in Department 88, and shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set unless otherwise notified.
Counsel and parties are instructed to identify the assigned judicial officer and department number beneath the case number on the first page of all proposed orders lodged with the clerk to ensure proper distribution of documents.
