Superior Court of Los Angeles County Offers Online Scheduling of Clerk’s Office Appointments
Court users can now easily schedule an appointment to visit any courthouse clerk’s office location throughout Los Angeles County using the Court’s new Online Clerk’s Office Appointment Scheduler (Scheduler), available at Schedule Appointment with Clerk’s Office – My Court Services – Los Angeles Superior Court (lacourt.org). The new tool is a convenient way to avoid waiting in line for clerk’s office service and provides an alternative to calling ahead of time to reserve an appointment.

Superior Court of Los Angeles County’s Civil Division to Implement New Filing Procedures for Personal Injury Cases in Central District
Effective January 8, 2024, all Personal Injury (PI) cases filed in the Court’s Central District will now be assigned for all purposes to Independent Calendar (IC) departments at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, rather than a PI Hub Court. Personal Injury cases pending in one of the PI Hub courts at the Spring Street Courthouse before January 8 will remain assigned to those courts until they are sent for trial or otherwise resolved.
