Some highlights are:
- They are not conducting Mandatory Settlement Conferences.
- Non-discovery motions are heard at 1:30 p.m. (as opposed to 8:30 a.m.).
- Parties must participate in an Informal Discovery Conference (“IDC”) with a PI Court judge before the Court hears a motion to compel further discovery. The IDC is an informal, in-person, 30-minute meeting among the parties and the judge. See item #36.
