Probate E-Filing
Effective May 1, 2024, individuals will have the ability to electronically certify Probate Letters issued for decedent, guardianship and conservatorship matters. Parties seeking electronic certification of Probate Letters should submit their letters through an Electronic Filing Service Provider. Electronically certified letters will be emailed to the party when they are issued. Parties may opt to have letters certified in person at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse or the Michael D. Antonovich Antelope Valley Courthouse.
