The Los Angeles Superior Court has begun implementing electronic filing (efiling) of all documents filed in the Civil Division.
Upon the implementation of mandatory efiling, the Civil Division will no longer accept fax filings for civil documents as follows:
Date Fax Filings will no longer be accepted:
Limited Civil – December 3, 2018
Unlimited Civil – January 2, 2019
Complex Civil – January 2, 2019
Fax filings will continue to be accepted for Small Claims until further notice.
