Effective Feb. 3, 2016, the Los Angeles Superior Court Central Family Law Division at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, 111 N. Hill St., Los Angeles 90012, will implement changes to judicial assignments causing cases to be transferred to a new department number. Department 43 Family Law Pre-Trial & Post Judgment Calendar Judge Michael E. Whitaker Judge Whitaker is reassigned from Dept. 59 to Dept. 43. All cases currently assigned to Judge Whitaker are reassigned to Dept. 43 as of the effective date. Department 59 Family Law Pre-Trial & Post Judgment Calendar Judge Rolf M. Treu Judge Treu is reassigned from Dept. 58 to Dept. 59. All cases currently assigned to Judge Robert Willett are reassigned to Judge Treu as of the effective date. All matters currently set for hearing in departments 43 and 59 shall remain scheduled on the dates and times previously set, unless otherwise notified.
