To avoid delays in processing your Request for Dismissals, make sure the names listed in your Request for Dismissal are spelled exactly the same as listed on the Summons. Do not abbreviate. For example, ABC Corporation should NOT be listed as ABC Corp. If your case is a consolidated case, make sure you use the Lead Case number first, then consolidated cases. If you are requesting dismissal for only one of the cases, you must request for separation from the consolidated cases before requesting a dismissal.
