NOTICE OF NEW FEES – Effective July 1, 2014
Pursuant to Government Code 70631, California Rule of Court 10.815(b) and Local Rule of Court 1.8.1, the following fees will be established as of July 1, 2014:
– The fee for offsite retrieval of files will be $20.
– Postage/shipping fees for copy orders delivered in hardcopy format will be according to the following schedule (envelope provide by Court):
Total pages Postage Fees
– 1-15 $1.52
– 16-30 $1.92
– 31-45 $2.52
– 46-60 $2.92
– 61-75 $3.32
– 76-90 $5.05
Note: Postage fees will be in addition to copy fees, search fees, and offsite record retrieval fees (if applicable).
– Postage fees for mailing a CD will be $2.75 (envelope provided by Court). This fee will be in addition to search fees (if applicable) and fees for transferring images to a compact disc (see below).
– Copy orders delivered on compact discs (CD provided by Court) will be available according to the following fee schedule:

– 1-50 $12.00
– 51-75 $16.00
– 76-100 $20.00
– 101-125 $24.00
– 126-150 $28.00
– 151-200 $36.00
