Civil Law Division Announces Changes to Judicial Assignment and Location
By order of the Presiding Judge, in accordance with the authority vested in the Presiding Judge under Rule 10.603 of the California Rules of Court, the Civil Law Division will implement the following change in judicial officer assignment and courtroom assignment.
Effective March 20, 2023, the Honorable Judge T. Mark Smith has been assigned to Courtroom T-2, at the Metropolitan Division, Traffic Department, located at 3131 Arrow St., Bakersfield, CA 93308. A civil caseload is being assigned to Judge Smith, in addition to unlimited civil cases currently assigned to other judicial officers that are being reassigned to Judge Smith.
