The mission of the Superior Court of California, County of Fresno is to serve the community and enhance public trust and confidence in the administration of justice by resolving disputes impartially and timely, by ensuring compliance with the law and court orders, and by fostering a vital court and community relationship that promotes equal access to the courts.
United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers may enter Fresno Superior Court courthouses to conduct lawful business just as any member of the public or any other law enforcement agency may enter such facilities. At no time shall any member of the public or any law enforcement agency enter the secured areas of any courthouse without permission from Fresno County Sheriff’s Office personnel.
