I’m trying to determine who the beneficiary is of a probate for Dan’s house. If Dan’s wife Ann (who is also now dead) had her OWN Trust, is her TRUST the beneficiary of Dan’s estate or is late wife’s ESTATE the beneficiary of Dan’s probate estate?
The benes of Ann’s Trust are her two kids. The daughter is our client, who is also the Trustee of mom Ann’s Trust, and the Executor of Dan’s probate.thoughts?
