    Anyone having any issues logging into CM/ECF for Southern District of California to file a new matter this morning (April 19, 2024)?? It allows me to log in to do queries only. Please help, if you can. Leanne

    When you can only do a query it usually means that the attorney doesn’t have e-filing privileges with the court.

    I am not able to log in at all. And I know for sure that my attorney has filing privileges. She has filed in So. Dist. numerous times on numerous cases. But I can’t get logged in as her or anyone else right now.

    I cleared my cookies and restarted my computer. that helped. I am able to log in now.
