Does anyone know of a good tenant rights attorney? There is a friend who has been complaining about mold in her apartment only to be told that there were no mold issues in the apartment complex, but if there are, it is tenant’s fault and responsibility (there is no such clause mentioned in her lease agreement). She sent samples to a professional lab and there is mold growing in her apartment. Recent communications to the landlord have gone unanswered.
Any suggestions or referrals? Any assistance is appreciated. Leanne
