    Has anyone ever had to serve the Attorney General on an appeal matter? Thanks.

    No, but you do for PAGA settlements. Is it an appeal from a PAGA matter? and just the state of CA? Just find the address on the state website and mail it.

    It’s been a long time since I’ve had to serve Atty Gen’l on an appeal, but I agree with Ann. Just get the address from their website and mail it, whether it’s California or any other state. Make sure you have them on your Proof of Service.
