    For real property research, any recommendations on what website to use in order to obtain reports such as property profiles, transaction history, current Deed(s), etc.?

    Our firm uses First American Title Data & Analytics (DataTree formerly). They charge per property search however.

    Hello Jovanna, I use https://sitexpro.com/. They charge $4.50 per deed.
