I need to submit a new probate for filing. I have located and prepared the Lineal Chart for when decedent has issue. My question is: do I attach it to the petition? Do I submit it as an individual form? Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi Stacey – Go ahead and attach your form to the Petition. The Clerk will tell you if you need it or not.
