Has anyone had to get documents from the Probate Court in Fresno before? If so, did you send a runner to the court?
I have had to do that, but in 2009 my firm had court runners in the office to do court runs. Now, I use “First Legal” (who are one of LPI’s sponsors/advertisers). Their Fresno office is located .3 miles from the Probate Court and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Costs are very reasonable, as well. Hope that helps. Let me know if you need anything else.
