Appellate Services Company – looking for referral

Hi – does anyone use an appellate services company like Counsel Press? One of our case teams has used Counsel Press for their appellate filings, but have been less than impressed with their customer service lately. They handle the formatting, running of tables, and efiling the final brief/appendices. Was wondering if any of you have used a similar service?
